Molebatsi ‘Jozzler’ Mochocho holds a national Diploma in Information Technology 2003 from Technikon Pretoria (now known as TUT). He holds various training certificates from ICT and quality management. His career started with the Department of Home Affairs in 2005. He was responsible for the technical support as a technical team leader for the interns. He was the winner of “The most promising employee” award for the IS branch in 2005. From strong technical background and working on large-scale projects, his leadership skills evolved his career from a technician to management. He was promoted to IT Regional Manager for KZN province. His primary responsibility was to implement new IS initiatives within regions in accordance with departmental requirements.
His IT experience and the understanding of the KZN province let to his appointment at Lefatshe Technologies as a Systems Engineer. He helped them to implement the IBM IPS ISS devices for all allocated site in KZN and the Eastern Cape provinces. In 2009 he joined the Agricultural Research Counsel (ARC)and worked as ICT Service Administrator. His career highlights include being involved in the smart card ID, online verification system, online birth registration, roll-out of the bio-metric National Population Register, Voice over IP (VoIP) implementation in Botswana at the South African Embassy building.
With a special focus on service delivery and client support, Jozzler has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities technology brings to business. In 2010 he founded his own company, Mochocho IT Consulting.He is the inventor of the Motor monitor cam which made him the finalist at the 2013 SAB foundation awards. He is a member of the Institutes of Inventors and innovators (III), member of the National Small Business Chamber and he is also the current chairperson of Klipgat computer Lab (NPO).

Lulama Mochocho has more than four years’ experience in ICT, and holds a number of leadership qualifications. She is currently studying towards a diploma in Hospital Management from Boston College. She held various positions within Exclusive Books stores over the years. She worked for Phumelela as an HR practitioner. In 2011 she climbed the technical ladder by joining Mochocho IT consulting as an Office Administrator. She was responsible for coordination and maintenance of all Mochocho IT Consulting documents control. Lulama possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and planning skills. Her current position as an HR Manager is based on anticipated goals, such as product development plans and market expansion strategy. Her role at Mochocho It Consulting is beyond hiring, she addresses the cultural, career pathing and benefits aspect of talent management. She is a current deputy Chairperson of the Klipgat community lab and also the founder of LuMocho Events Management Company.
